Coins and purchases

For a coin purchase issue, include the pack name and approximate purchase time. Only share a transaction ID or receipt if support needs it to investigate; hide unrelated information. Payments and refund requests are handled through the platform where you purchased.

Progress and gameplay issues

Progress is saved on your device. Avoid uninstalling the game or clearing its data before backing up and checking with support. Include the stage, mode and steps that led to the issue.

Android closed testing

The Android 50-stage trial is a separate edition. Registering interest does not automatically grant download access; use the Google Play account accepted for that test. This page does not send automatic invitations.
